In late-March 2021, sellers of vapor products, including devices that, through an aerosolized solution, deliver nicotine, flavor, or any other substance to the user inhaling from the device, components, liquids, parts, and device accessories, will be subject to the requirements of the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, also known as the Jenkins Act. This includes traditional vapor products delivering nicotine as well as non-nicotine vapor products.
Following passage of the new law, the major private delivery companies announced that they too would stop delivering vaping products. FedEx will end vape product shipping March 1, and UPS on April 5. DHL had already prohibited shipping vaping and nicotine products in the U.S. before the law passed.
In addition to the ban on USPS shipping, the PACT Act required cigarette manufacturers to register with the ATF, file detailed monthly reports with respective state tobacco tax administrators, obtain customer age verification at purchase, and use a delivery method that requires ID and signature of adult customer.
After March 25, 2021, USPS will require an adult signature for delivery of all orders.
We will stop shipping to all states on this date and we don’t expect to be able to ship to our customers in the near future.
